Benjamin C. McDonald

Benjamin C. McDonald is a General Practitioner whose practice areas include: real estate transactions, business transactions, estate planning, contracts, leases, and general litigation.

Benjamin C. McDonald was admitted to the California state bar in 2001.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, and has sat as Superior Court Judge pro tem for the County of San Joaquin.

Benjamin C. McDonald was born in Colorado. He then attended California State University, Chico, and in where he received a B.S. in Medical Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. He then went on to obtain his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Benjamin C. McDonald is a member of the San Joaquin County and American Bar Associations; State Bar of California; American Trial Lawyers Association; and California Trial Lawyers Association. Benjamin C. McDonald 's community involvement includes International Lions Club of Lodi (Director 2001-2003), Lodi Chamber of Commerce (Steering Committee), Lodi Swim Club (Director 2007-present), Rocket Sports Foundation (Director 2007-present).
